RN Harry Goodin taken lame in his left leg not swollen he cannot styrre his right side. in his leg & huck bone he layd in the fild Downe & being hote tooke a colde. this day or monday was sennet 17 d 16 last Christmas eve. 1598. pater  filio et filius oravit patrē. vt me consulet  morbo. Octob. 29 die ☉ h. 1. 1598. it took him in the fild as if it were prickt with nales. he cryeth out whē it is touched.

RN Ihon vtton of feny stratford 40 had a grudging this 3 yeres looketh well w^th it & can travell & goe abroad came for my counsell this 25. of novemb 1598. h. 9. 35|0|. mi.

he enquired for his wife who is troubled w^th a wind cholick & a great heate in her back

RN Frauncis Marshall of Newport very strangly can scarce speake, only maketh signes for water to coole her her mouth is furred white w^th extreeme heate taketh her Drinke by a quill. first bound but y^t I gave her vnbound her nowe in a laske & extreeme hot & drye Decēb. 12. die ♂ h. 9. 30. mi ant m 1598. troubled in her sleepe.

RN M^res Potter of willing sent for her husb. w^th out his consent at 10. 10. ant m 1599 1600 cannot sleepe his water betwixt yellow & red thick leeke puddle. his stomack hot & his tounge scab & broken out & his head cannot move but as he is turned.

RN M^r Brough for a gentlemā a frind of his an {sic} a guest who is troubled w^th the heate of the liver ascendeth vp to his head & throote every night & into his legs as it were a dropsye & voydeth more vpward then downward taken mutch w^th a cold Crampe that he cannot styrre febr. 26 die ♂ ♄ {sic} 10. 30. ant m. 1600 & for Goody Barnes a baker of stony stratford
